  1. General Policy All payments made to Stubbs Martial Arts Academy, LLC (“the Academy”), including but not limited to tuition, membership fees, registration fees, testing fees, event fees, and merchandise purchases, are final and non‑refundable.


  1. Tuition and Membership Fees Tuition and membership payments are non‑refundable regardless of student attendance, participation, personal circumstances, or early termination of membership.


  1. Programs, Events, and Special Services Payments for belt testing, seminars, workshops, camps, tournaments, or any special programs offered by the Academy are non‑refundable.


  1. Merchandise and Equipment All merchandise and equipment sales are final. Exchanges may be permitted solely in cases of manufacturer defect and only if the item is unused and returned within seven (7) days of purchase.


  1. Limited Exceptions Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances except in the event of an administrative error made by the Academy. Any exception granted is at the sole discretion of the Academy and may be issued as account credit rather than monetary refund.
